Purpose NeuroPi is committed to the highest standards of ethics, transparency, child safety, and governance. This Whistle Blower Policy enables any individual to safely report concerns related to misconduct, violations of law, unethical behaviour, child protection issues, financial irregularities, or breaches of NeuroPi's Code of Conduct. The purpose of this policy is to: Encourage timely reporting of genuine concerns Ensure protection of whistle blowers Enable independent investigation Maintain NeuroPi as a safe ecosystem for children, staff, and stakeholders 2. Scope This policy applies to: Employees (full-time, part-time, contractual) Teachers & school staff Franchise partners & operators Vendors & consultants Parents, guardians, and community members Volunteers & interns Covers all NeuroPi verticals including Schools, Early Development Programs, NeuroPi Sport, NeuroPi Longevity, AI/Tech platforms, Clinic-in-a-Bag, and Operations. 3. What Can Be Reported Whistleblowers may report concerns including (but not limited to): A. Child Safety and Well-being Neglect, discrimination, harassment, or abuse Breach of child-safety protocols Unsafe learning or physical environments B. Ethical Misconduct Harassment, discrimination, bullying Abuse of authority Breach of confidentiality C. Financial & Operational Misconduct Fraud, corruption, misappropriation Bribery or kickbacks Manipulation of school records or financial statements D. Compliance Violations Violations of NEP 2020, RTE Act, or any applicable law Breach of licensing, franchising, or operational guidelines Cybersecurity violations, data privacy breaches E. Academic & Scientific Integrity Misuse of NeuroPi pedagogy or AI systems Fabrication or manipulation of assessments or analytics 4. Confidentiality & Protection NeuroPi guarantees: Absolute confidentiality of whistle blower identity Zero retaliation policy Protection against dismissal, demotion, harassment, or discrimination Immediate action against retaliators Optional anonymity through encrypted reporting 6. Investigation Process Acknowledge receipt (within 48 hours) Preliminary assessment Independent investigation by Internal Ethics Committee Findings & recommendations documented transparently Corrective action (disciplinary, legal, policy adjustments) Closure notification (when permissible) In case of child safety issues, NeuroPi will immediately involve: Local authorities (as mandated) Child helpline services Regulatory bodies 7.
